This is a handy whetstone that Kumamoto Prefecture's local character "Kumamon" can hold and use.
You can sharpen various knives such as Santoku knives and petty knives.

[How to use]

1. Please soak the whetstone in water for about 30 seconds before use.
2. Hold the handy whetstone with your dominant hand and firmly hold the knife with your other hand.
3. Place the whetstone on the blade and trace the edge of the blade to sharpen it.
4. Please wash the sharpened knife before using it.

Rinse off any dirt on the whetstone with running water (do not use detergent). After washing, drain the water and store away from direct sunlight.

Comes with a "whetstone instruction manual" that describes how to sharpen.
